When it was unplugged, there was likewise a light on the charger that turned from red to green and then stayed on. So complicated. The bike seat is super uncomfortable and tilts back. I can adjust it back, but no matter what, when I rest on it, the back goes down, and the front shows up. I tried tightening up the bolts on both sides of the seat, but that didn’t solve the problem since that’s not what is loose. There are 2 bars that are secured in by metal tubes, and they are too loose. No amount of adjusting will remedy it. I’m reluctant to purchase a replacement seat since the battery sits below it. The seat has a trigger that makes it tilt up so the battery can be eliminated.
Plus, I’m fine purchasing accessories for my new bike, however I shouldn’t have to purchase replacement parts for malfunctioning part of my brand new bike. It needs to just work.

The direction and website don’t say anywhere how to turn the power on. What does M stand for??).
